Fasteners are critical components in every industry, from construction to aerospace. They hold structures together, secure machinery, and ensure operational reliability. However, when operating in environments where extreme heat, aggressive chemicals, seawater, or high stress exist, standard stainless-steel fasteners are not enough. That’s where Incoloy fasteners come into play.
Incoloy is a family of nickel-iron-chromium-based superalloys, designed specifically to withstand oxidation, carburization, chloride-induced stress corrosion, and acidic media. Incoloy fasteners—bolts, nuts, washers, screws, and studs—are engineered for corrosion resistance, high strength, and thermal stability.
Chemical Composition (Typical for Incoloy 825)| Element | Percentage (%) |
