Monel 400 round bars are among the most widely used nickel-copper alloy products in engineering and manufacturing. Known for their exceptional corrosion resistance, strength, and durability, Monel 400 bars are essential in industries such as marine, oil & gas, chemical processing, aerospace, and power generation.
Being a solid-solution alloy of about 67% nickel and 23–30% copper, Monel 400 maintains excellent mechanical properties across a wide range of temperatures and shows remarkable resistance to seawater, acidic, and alkaline environments.
Round bars of Monel 400 are manufactured in various sizes, diameters, and finishes to suit applications ranging from pump shafts and marine hardware to heat exchanger tubesheets and fasteners.
