ASTM A276 S32750 round bars are manufactured from Super Duplex Stainless Steel UNS S32750, a highly alloyed duplex stainless steel designed for exceptional corrosion resistance and very high mechanical strength.
Super Duplex stainless steels are a class of materials that combine the best features of austenitic stainless steels (high corrosion resistance) and ferritic stainless steels (high strength and stress corrosion resistance).
The ASTM A276 specification covers stainless steel bars and shapes for general engineering and structural applications. Within this standard, UNS S32750 (also known as Super Duplex 2507) is one of the most demanded grades for industries exposed to seawater, aggressive chemicals, and high-pressure operations.

In industries where corrosion resistance, high strength, and durability under extreme conditions are vital, material selection determines safety and reliability. One of the premium nickel-copper alloys used extensively is Monel K500 (UNS N05500).
The ASTM B865 specification covers age-hardened nickel-copper alloys in the form of bars, rods, and forging stock, including the bright round bar form. Monel K500 is an enhancement over Monel 400, offering not only corrosion resistance but also greater mechanical strength and hardness due to precipitation hardening with aluminum and titanium additions.
Chemical Composition of Monel K500 (UNS N05500)The alloying elements provide strengthening, anti-corrosion performance, and thermal stability.
